Claudia is a dedicated Southern California attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Her legal career began in family law, she has guided clients through challenging times, addressing issues like divorce, custody, and property division. Her personal experiences have also enabled her to connect deeply with clients and advocate effectively on their behalf.
Over the years, Claudia transitioned her law practice to focus primarily on estate planning and probate administration, focusing on strategies to help clients avoid common legal pitfalls. Her experience in family and probate court informs her approach, emphasizing proactive planning to protect families and their assets. Passionate about family, she helps clients create plans that ensure their loved ones’ security and harmony, even in life’s most challenging moments.
A proud El Paso, Texas native, Claudia completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at El Paso and earned her J.D. with honors from the Western State College of Law in California. She remains active in local Southern California bar associations.
When she’s not helping her clients, Claudia is on the go, cheering from the sidelines at her son’s little league games and actively involved in his activities. She treasures time spent with family and friends, enjoys trying new restaurants, unwinds with yoga, and loves live music concerts.
